We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We offer cash back at our registers with a maximum of $40.
All checks must be imprinted with a local address (area codes 510, 415, 925, 650) and must be accompanied by a current government issued ID and a local daytime phone number. If the address on your check or the area code of your phone number does not match the address on your government issued ID, you will be asked to provide a second form of identification.
We accept EBT.
We do not accept traveler’s checks for any amount.
Returns are welcomed, but please hold onto your receipt as proof of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, a manager will check our purchase history to confirm the item was sold and can then attempt to retrieve your receipt from our database.
All refunds under $5.00 will be issued in cash. Refunds over $5.00 for items purchased on a credit or debit card will be credited back to your card.
If you are returning an item purchased with a personal check, we cannot issue a refund for seven days after purchase to allow the check to clear.
We will gladly order any product available to us for you. If it is an item we currently carry, any quantity can be ordered. However, if it is a product that we do not carry, and is not available individually we require that you order by the case. You will be informed when making the order if this will be needed. All case orders are given a 10% discount with the exception of baby foods, formulas and diapers. Case discount applies only to special orders.
Seniors, age 65 and over, are welcome to a 10% discount on supplements every day of the week. Not combinable with items on sale.
