Alameda Marketplace Honey is back!!!

It’s time to harvest the honey your local Alameda bees have been working hard at making.

We’re expecting several hundred pounds of the good stuff, and you’re invited to see the process of the frames been scraped, extracted, drained, and filtered right on site.

Come bask in the warm aroma of pure, raw, honey, taste the fresh-from-the-hive honeycomb goodness, and learn anything you ever wanted to know about our bees or beekeeping.

As a reminder, we keep four hives on the roof of the Marketplace, and sponsor several others in the nearby area.

This is truly a product of our community and its worth celebrating.

The harvest starts at noon and will run into the late afternoon (may have a bonus extraction on Friday)
